Respiratory is an invigorating fresh-conifer formula with expectorant, bronchorelaxant, mucus-resolvent and cough relieving actions. It's a versatile formula that can be extremely useful in a wide range of respiratory conditions.

It can help open and decongest the sinuses, loosen phlegm in the bronchi, promote expectoration, promote free and easy deep breathing, and relieve cough and wheezing.

Used by deep inhalation and topically, Respiratory can also provide long-term support to the lungs in most bronchial disorders and can promote detoxification to counteract smog, vog and all forms of smoke pollution.

May also be helpful for breaking the smoking and vaping habit.

Restorative and stimulant, our Respiratory blend may also be helpful with conditions of low energy, shallow breathing, chronic weak cough and acute cough with phlegm.

Uses:

1. Inhalation directly from the bottle, or from a tissue with a few drops of the blend on it (keep in a small plastic baggie for future use!).
2. Use Respiratory also to make a chest rub and massage oil in a 5% dilution in a vegetable carrier oil for treating all conditions above.
3. Also use a few drops in an ultrasonic nebulizer to create a fresh, forest-like, clean, low-germ scentscape in the home and at work. Also consider using Vir-Away and Microbe-X blends in a nebulizer. However, avoid using this Respiratory blend in an air-pump nebulizer as it contains a small amount of jojoba oil.
